JOI Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the JOI mobile app and related premium features.

1. Acceptance and Scope

By using JOI, you agree to these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree, you must stop using the app.

2. Account and Security

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and secure.

  • Do not share your account credentials with others.
  • Report suspicious account activity to support immediately.

3. Premium Subscriptions

JOI Premium subscriptions are provided via the Apple App Store, and renewal/cancellation are managed through Apple subscription settings.

  • Subscriptions may auto-renew under App Store terms.
  • Cancellations are managed at iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
  • Refund decisions for in-app purchases are handled by Apple.

4. Prohibited Conduct

The following behaviors may result in temporary or permanent suspension:

  • Harassment, hate speech, spam, or deceptive content
  • Collecting or sharing others' data without permission
  • Technical attempts to disrupt platform security

5. Service Changes and Availability

JOI may change, update, or discontinue features to improve the service.

Material changes are communicated in-app or through related policy pages.
