2. Subscription and Billing Help

JOI Premium subscriptions are provided in-app via the Apple App Store.

  • Manage your active subscription at iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
  • If your purchase is not recognized, use the in-app “Restore Purchases” action.
  • For App Store billing issues, contact Apple Support directly.

3. Account, Privacy, and Data Requests

For account updates, data access, or deletion requests, contact us by email.

  • You can edit profile and account details inside the app.
  • Identity verification may be required for deletion requests.
  • For data processing details, review the JOI Privacy Policy.

4. Response Time

Support requests are answered as quickly as possible on business days.

For critical access issues, include “Urgent” in your email subject line.
